5th Evans Stair Running Competition

The 5th approximately sesquiannual Evans Stair Running Competition was held October 10 2007.

Trevor Potter won overall, with the only time under 50 seconds, but did not beat the previous record, set by Anton Geraschenko in the 4th Evans Stair Running Competition, of 46.62 seconds.

The women's division was won by Betsy Stovall, with a personal best time of 64.46, which is also the new women's record! Congratulations.

The Field's Medallist division saw new competition, with Mike Freedman competing for the first time. Richard Borcherds repeated his win from last year, posting a new record time of 52.53

The 'bannister only' division was contested by Mike Freedman and Scott Morrison. Mike set a new record, and won with a time of 99.13.
