Orange-Lemon Cake

Sift together
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking sode
- 1 tsp salt
Blend
- 1/2 orange skin + pulp
- 1/2 lemon skin + pulp
- 2/3 cup butter
- 2/3c orange juice
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Add 2 eggs and 1 1/3 cups sugar, and combine.
Bake at 350 degrees F, for 25-30 minutes.
You can also make frosting. Blend
- 2 cups confectioner's sugar
- 1/2 fresh orange and 1/2 fresh lemon
- 1/4 lb soft butter
or
- 1 cup confectioner's sugar
- 2 oz semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 oz bitter chocolate
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
