Russian Tea Cakes

- 1/2 c powdered sugar
- 1 c butter
- 2 1/4 c flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 c chopped nuts (walnuts)
- 1/4 tsp salt
Mix thoroughly. Chill. Form into 1" balls, and flatten very slightly with two fingers.
Bake 400ยบ for 10-12 minutes, and roll in powdered sugar. (Mom cools them, and then rolls in powdered sugar again).
