Tofu Nuggets

- 16 oz firm tofu, soaked in water or broth
- 1/2 c flour
- 3 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sage
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Cut the tofu into cubes or slices, and shake it with the rest of the ingredients to coat. It helps if the tofu is pretty wet. Fry them in a little oil until they are crisp and brown on all sides.
